Hello! I am Timothy Noble, CEO of MarcJax. Thanks for joining me in my journey of the restaurant world. It started when I was just 15. I was working as a dishwasher at my friend's Chinese restaurant. I was captivated by how everything worked behind the scenes. That fascination has never left and continues to be a part of myself. I supported myself throughout college by bartending and managing key shifts for a corporate restaurant chain. After achieving my degrees from the University of Central Florida, with both a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Hospitality Management,  I was thrilled! In less then 24 hours, I landed a salaried management role and become the youngest General Manager in a network of 800 restaurants.

I later ventured out to open my own restaurant, bar, & event venue. That was an exciting challenge. Later I returned to corporate restaurants. I took on roles in HR, as well as training & development. I discovered one of my niche's would develop into financials, P&L's, and budgeting. I've also had the pleasure of overseeing and staffing five major restaurant openings.  They all were all incredibly rewarding. What truly excites me is using all of my experience to help others thrive. I realized the best way to help others would be utilizing my strengths in recruiting and consulting.  Talent acquisition (recruiting), is like perfect matchmaking.  I'm a people person at heart, and love connecting individuals. I help both potential employers and potential employees find beneficial relationships when their criteria's and goals are aligned.  I know it's years of education and hand's on experience, there is no way I am a scientist.  I have been told I could be close to it!  My life is similar to 90 day fiancee!  We have 90 days to create the top romance between our clients and candidates.  I make that happen, its not as fun as a reality tv show, but I help actual life partnerships happen.  Come check us out!
 
Howdy! I am Daniel Cooledge, Co-Founder of MarcJax. Over the past 15 years I've been deeply involved in the hospitality industry and it's been an incredible journey. Like Tim, I graduated from the University of Central Florida and have been dedicated to the world of hospitality throughout my career. I've had the experience of managing two major restaurant openings and have learned to embrace the unpredictable nature of this industry - never a boring moment! I am proud to say I created very successful bar programs, including creating cocktail recipes for multiple restaurant groups.
